Recently I bought tickets for me and my friends to attend an event hosted at Belo nightclub. The tickets I bought included transportation by a party bus from D street Bar and Grill in Encinitas to the venue, Belo nightclub in the Gaslamp district, no line wait and included cover fee for the night.
The night of the event I did not receive what I paid for. When I arrived at the bus pick up location (there were 2 pick up times: 9pm and 9:30pm), the bus had left already. When we contacted someone about this, they said the first bus had to leave early because they were providing alcohol to underage people and the bus was being swarmed by police and that the second bus was not coming to that location anymore. They then told us that if we drove from Encinitas to Del Mar that another bus would be waiting for us and had instructions to not leave without us, we were promised the bus would be waiting for us. I quickly got in my car and drove as fast as I could to the location so we would arrive on time and the bus would not have to wait any extra time for me and my friends. However, as we were quickly driving to Del Mar we received a phone call saying that bus had also left because "mall security was threatening them." We were also promised that if we made the full drive down to Belo in downtown San Diego, that we would receive a FULL refund of our tickets. While we were on the phone, we verified that they would reimburse a total of 8 tickets totaling to $160.00. They confirmed multiple times.
We continued the drive to Belo that night because we were guaranteed a full refund of the money paid and there was an understanding that the only reason we continued to make this drive was to for the refund and for Belo nightclub, Steven Solesdios andreoli, tyler strickland and 7to7 events to "make it up to us" for not providing any services we had paid for; they told us there would be someone personally waiting at the door for us, that we would be quickly let in the building without any wait, we would be brought to the person responsible, would receive a refund and "figure out" what happened that night. Upon arrival none of the promised actions happened; there was no one waiting for us, we had to wait in line, we proceeded to try and track down someone who would speak with us and find any of the above persons to talk to. When we eventually were in front of one of the people, Steven solesdios andreoli, he did not attempt to resolve anything that night in a satisfactory manner. He was hostile, ignored me, tried to brush me off, laughed, told me to speak with a guy standing near us because that patrons night was also ruined like ours because of Steven solesdios Andreoli, 7 to 7 events, Tyler Strickland and Belo nightclub. He gave me business cards listing 7to7events, and in the middle of my trying to speak with him he walked away from me and I couldn't find him the rest of the night.
Soon after this night I sent e-mails to Steven Solesdios Andreoli, Tyler Strickland, 7to7 events and Belo nightclub. It has been more than 12 business days and I have not received cooperation from any of the parties listed.
