I went to the Blockbuster Express Kiosk 14057 in Fontana, Ca 99 cents store.
I rented two videos there. I used a mastercard and I had trouble renting the
scratched videos. So I swiped my card twice. I was charged $4.30 on 8/4. I
checked online my credit card and on 8/5 the charge for $4.30 was posted.
I checked again and there was another charge of $4.30 for same two videos. I
would never checkout same videos that are scratched. I was not online when
I made purchase I was standing in the store. I want credit of $4.30 send back
to orchard bank crdit card and I will forget the whole matter. Thank you
