I ordered tickets to a concert from Artist Arena. The tickets did not arrive. I contacted customer service, left a message and was never called back. I emailed the customer service department and did not receive any emails back. I finally got through to them an hour before the show and they treated me like i was an idiot and just put me through to somebody's voicemail and they never called me back.
I sent him several emails without response. I finally got through on a phone call. He said there was nothing he could do because they don't offer refunds. Even though ARTIST ARENA Was to blame. I Had hime put me through to a supervisor and it went right to voice mail and i have not heard anything back. Guess that's 301 dollars i will not be getting back.
