Joseph Peters aka Joseph Fricano of Chandler, Arizona is a known con artist and has victimized hundreds of innocent minors as well as local businesses. He offers them more business and claims to have a social network behind him, which is false. He tricks companies into sponsorship through FALSE advertising, lies and false promises. He has stolen thousands of dollars from party attendees, and ripped off three local businesses for a total exceeding $25,000.
There are multiple pending lawsuits against Joseph and his company, DontMakePlans, and if he approaches you with a scheme or any sort or partnership, run the other way!
