Blue ocean called us 1 1/2 hours before our scheduled trip & cancelled. Unsafe weather was cited however the other tour boats went out & the national weather service said the ocean conditions were safe. The Blue ocean website said the tour we were scheduled to go out on went out after all. Were groupon customers "dumped" in favor of "full price" paying customers? My family drove 5 hours roundtrip & rented a hotel room to make this a special Easter Sunday. Blue ocean was hard to reach by phone & gave lousy customer service. If we had gone with any of the other companies we would have had a happy experience.
