No bulls and no stallions

For a while today, you will find no-bulls being released and can't purchase or get yourself a stallion to type horses. Could you tell me if you should be likely to post these in marketplace or they'll emerge of the facilities as previously. Please let me understand. I do want to reproduce foals and cattle. Cheers
