Great american photocontest
Took money and I couldn't get refund for book I haven't even recieved

I have recieved email from this great american photo contest saying my daughters picture has selected to be on most beautiful babies 2011 edition and I entered my payment information only to find out that it is a scam and the book hasn't published yet and I am trying to get refund back.
