This sitewas identified as a key site for Australia and New Zealand 'hard to find dvds'. Iordered two DVDs: The Lion King and 101 Dalmations (original animated version). The products were identifed as'In Stock' and postage wasimmediate. Payment was viaPayPal.

Issues:

1. More thana month later no product has arrived

2. Multiple follow up emails have not been responded to by the supplier

3. No contact details on website
