This company is a SCAM, if you are at all thinking about joining this company as an "Event Coordinator" or any other title... You need to Run the other way.
Adam will tell you what you want to hear, and he is a madter manipulator, the company is very unprofessional and Adam is a liar and a thief. He never pays for work that is done and when asked, he will change the subject or make up an excuse. If you want to work for free this is the place to work...
I worked for him for a week, and I just walked out one day after realizing that 3four1 is a complete joke.
