My story is exactly as indicated in the previous stories where I was solicited to purchase a gaming machine. Such machine was purchased in March. After lapsing of the initial 45 days for placement of the machine, I contacted the company and Ephrem Taylor via emails withcomplaints and requests for a refund. I was dodged numerous times via phone when trying to get an answer on the status of my refund from Ronald Wynn and Sheldon Jones. I provided a refund form to them in June. I received a letter about the 10% interest in September. To date, my machine has not been placed norhave I received a refund of my investment. I received a call from Scott who indicated that they acquired the Sweep company. He directed me to a 1-888 number which was a recording to leave your name, email and address for refunds. I have heard nothing further to date other than an email stating that Golding PC law firm is handling the refunds. I have filed complaints with the BBB and the FTC regarding City Cap, SweepIncome and Ephrem Taylor. Also, on January 4, I received a call from a guy, Keith McRay, who stated he was with SweepTech and they are in the same business as SweepIncome and wanted to know if I was still interested in the venture. The nerve of this guy! Said he was aware that I purchased a machine from SweepIncome. He called from 919-878-8176. I had an anonymous friend call this number back indicating interest in the he venture andit sounds like the exact same company under a different name... Samesales pitch, everything.
