Our school hired a DJ through JNL Party Services for our annual Christmas Dance. They agreed and sent a contract via email to our school. I confirmed the date for December 10th, from 7-9 PM at our school. The week before the dance, I called JNL Party Services and asked if they needed directions to our school. They said they knew where the school was located and would be there at the scheduled time. On Friday, at 6:55 PM, no DJ came to our school. I had a decorated cafeteria full of students in suits, semi-formal dresses and corsages... But no DJ. I called the service, which was transfered to a "Lisa's" home. Her babysitter answered and said Lisa was in bed. Sick. I ask her to wake Lisa and ask where our DJ was. The babysitter said that Lisa told her the DJ's were sick... They did not notify our school that they would not be here. I would not recommend this service to anyone. As a matter of fact, I would recommend that no one, ever, ever, ever, contact these people ever again. They are unreliable and unprofessional. They disappoint many students who were excited about their dance. Shame on JNL Party Service. They are awful people!!!
