I ordered an Electronic Cigarette Starter Kit from this company, which was shipped to me after charging my credit card $99.00. (The website advertisement stated the product was $9.99.) That was the first tip-off that I was headed for trouble. Then, I began seeing monthly, recurring charges of $49.99 on my credit card statement. These were from this website, stated above, however, there is NO way on the site to contact anybody, etc. The 877 phone number they provided as the Customer Service contact information either rings on and on, with no answer, or a "voicemail" answers, providing you with several "options" for service. Not ONE of these "extensions" routes you to a person or a place to leave a message.in fact, the recording states, each time, that, "This line is not accepting messages at this time." I have called ALL days of the week, and times, as well, and this is a total dead-end. The shipments of Refill Cartridges I receive list the retun address a a P.O. Box, out of Chandler, Arizona! Buyer beware!!!
