Be very careful if you come in contact with Comedian Cece Mor, especially if you are female. He does a joke about finding women with credit cards... I no longer think he was joking.
After telling my story to a handful of other women who know Cece, I was not surprised to discover that he had done to many of them what he had done to me. He was very charming and convincing and he "borrowed" large amounts (not millions, but hundreds of dollars from single moms, young women, people who can't afford to give away a lot of money) and NEVER paid them back. When I confronted him about it, his response was
"I'm makin' my money Babe". That was his very cavalier response after 2 months of lying and promising that he would repay me.
BE WARNED. I have never seen his comedy routine, his humor is a bit low brow for me, he may be very funny. But stealing from innocent people isn't funny. Claiming he is a very successful comedian, that he has a condo in Santana Row when in reality he has to sleep on his sister's couch... None of that is amusing at all. Boo!!! Poor performance.
