I have not received the goods that the company was going to send me neither the money back

I bought a big quantity of cosmetics from Spain to Funhousetheatrical (in USA, by means EBAY), and I have not received it, I have written to them several times but they never answer. I have put a denounce in Spain to that company but the authorities cannot do anything. Is and advice to everyboday. Pleas do not buy in that store. I am not the first person I know with the same problem in the same company.
