I recently was hired by DJ Ronnie B productions to work as a DJ for a wedding reception in Huntsville, Alabama. The Bride & Groom and family were super nice and all went well with the wedding & reception. The client was very pleased with our services and we had a wonderful time @ the event. Before the event I had lots of contact with Ronnie B and he seemed like a realy nice guy who was extremely professional and loved his job and took pride in his business. Boy was I wrong. He's a wolf in sheeps clothing, who can really pull the wool over your eyes. The unsuspecting Bride & Groom paid him a lot of money prior to the event to work their upcoming wedding. Un beknown to them he subcontracted out their event to me. I agreed to work the event for a lot less money then what he originally charged them. He asked me to sign a contract before giving me any details about the wedding which was fine. I thought since he handled his business so professionally that I had no worries. He sent me a deposit check for half of the money that we agreed upon only because I insisted that he give me a good faith deposit before I would do the event. That check came to me in a timely manner so again I was impressed and thought that I had no worries. He continued to have reply contact with me all the way up until shortly after the event. As soon as I started to ask him about sending me the remainder of the money that was owed to me. That's when he started ignoring my VM Messsages and emails. He has not paid me any more money and has not replied to me as of todays date. I started trying to find out why and while doing some researching on him and his company. I was amazed to discovered that he has done this same thing to many of us DJ's all around the USA. I reported him to the BBB and was told that they had a few complaints on him already. I feel so stupid for not researching him before I agreed to do this wedding. I have met tons of really wonderful, reliable & trustworthy DJ's over the years who love what they do. I love Music so much and I love making people smile laugh and Dance. Watching people have fun is such a huge high for me. Music is my whole life. So I trusted him and took him at his word, because he was a DJ too and I thought that he was in this business for all the same reasons that I was in this business. Now I realize that he is a fraud, a scammer, and his word is crap. I'm really angry and I'm not going to let him get a way with this. Please do not use Ronnie B productions for anything. Send your Friends, Family members, Coworkers, Business associates an email and warn them about this person so he doesn't take advantage of anyone else. I'm gonna spread the word and I need your help to do the same. Lets stir up a wildfire of truth about Ronnie B and watch it take him down. I'm gonna let truth and justice make him pay.
