PGK Models/PGK Men will claim to be a legit agency when you are contacted through various modeling sites. He does have models who are signed with agencies who he claims are with him, but they never get any work through him. He offers affordable housing in New York City for prospective models he wants to "represent". His agency phone number is actually a land line to his house which he occassionally will have people who stay at his house answer as an assistant. This "agent" fails to find work for his "models" and usually attempts to meet them in local hotel rooms in which he has free access to due to his day job as a flight attendant. He is out of town so often that he doesn't have a chance to set up a real agency with high status contacts that he has, or he is in so much debt with them they are done doing favors for him and a failing agency.
He will offer to take photos of you in a hotel room against a plain white wall and post them and offers will start flowing in for you, the only offers you will get will be advances from him "teaching" you how to be a model. When taking photos he attempts to inappropriately touch the person even if it was previously mentioned that it was an uncomfortable setting or atmosphere, but he wants to make you into a "model" and things have to be his way, but his way hasn't worked for many models, who eventually sign with major agencies, yet he still attempts to claim them, or say he discovered them.
He also offers affordable "model housing" in New York which is his home, and you get up to 3 guys per room while he gets a room on the same floor in the same house. He has been known to "sleep walk" into a room in the middle of the night and make inappropriate and leud sexual comments to his models. This is not how the modeling world always works, although he says it is, and you should get used to it. He is very unprofessional in his ways and makes many inappropriate sexual advances to guys who are living in this model house, all while you are sitting there waiting for him to find you castings, or maybe getting you a part time job at Abercrombie & Fitch, which you probably could have easily done on your own, along with the open casting calls he may suggest to you.
Although he has legitimate contacts and sources, he does not use them to his advantage. He meets more guys on his "business trips" and asks them to be his model through various modeling websites and suggests to meet in hotel rooms, what REAL agent would do this for a first meeting? None!
This is just one of many perverts/predators corrupting the modeling and fashion industry that is already hard enough to get into.
My advice is to stay away from this agent and his agency unless you want to be sexually harrassed and inappropriately touched even after you have made it clear to him. The housing may sound appealing, but not with what you have to deal with. Find a real modeling agency in your area or in New York, L.A. Chicago or Miami if you want to be a model, but do not take the offers from PGK Men.
