I ordered my wedding favors 2 months in advance. I received an email they were back ordered and requested someone call me from the company. They did and a supervisor guaranteed they would be shipped the week prior to my wedding and would def. Be here on time. One week before my wedding I emailed the company on a Thurs. Then on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. I emailed the company twice on Monday and did not recieve a response. Finally I sent an email from another email address and received a response: "The favors will not arrive on time. We can refund your money. There is nothing we can do about this." I requested a call from someone from the company once again. The "manager" gave no valid reason as to why they did not return my emails and stated their distributor would not have it in on time. I obviously was upset because my wedding was that Saturday and they waited until 2 pm on the prior Monday to contact me. I was devastated and do not want this to happen to anyone else! Terrible customer service because the only way to get in touch is through email and they don't even respond. They really left me stranded and did not even care. They just stated there was nothing they could do about it.
