I submitted my order 7 weeks before the wedding. It stated to wait 2-3 weeks. After the 4th week, I emailed them about my status for an entire week. No response. I had also tried to call and leave a message but the inbox was full. I finally left a message to cancel through phone and through email. I still have not received a response.
WORST Customer Service... This is a fraudulent company. Don"t buy from them!!!
