The southridge FYE / Suncoast video store is a scum operation. They tell you that you are eligible for a free membership that gives you 10% off each month. But they do not disclose that it is actually an $11.99 monthly charge and they signed you up for magazine subscriptions without your consent. Once they get your credit card info and you sign the receipt it is too late. It is a trick to use the receipt you need to sign for the credit card and they put it in fine print on it but don't tell you. I have read all over the internet (and here on consumer complaints) that this is common practice for them to to deceive by FYE corporation. Why can't they do business without having to make money by falsly advertising it as free and using retail theft.
All people swindled by these unscrupulous scum should file a complaint with their state department of commerce and the city hall where the business license is from plus file with the better business bureau. Enough complaints should drive legal action against these jerks.
