I put an order to get a boxed group of DVDs with Monk Anime on July 5th. I've approached them via e-mail (their only approach to contact) precisely 12 times. Today is November 6th. I still haven't obtained the DVDs I requested, or perhaps a reimbursement of the resources billed. They've since actually stopped to answer my emails. I've no idea what direction to go to obtain my product or my income. TERRIBLE business! DON'T purchase from their store!!!
