This is an agency that has you come in for casting, and ask you to pay money to take photos of you, so that they can submit you to "work". Usually they dont follow up if you pay. Sometimes they do, they give you your photos (which arent even that great, because you come off the street, not prepared, and they want to make headshots to get you work) and are sent to "managers" who are also a scam.
