Missing order items the rip off business that doesnt give a dam

I have made three atempts to contact dvd.com for info. On two missing items from an order i placed they have not responded to any of these atempts the order info. Says they shipped the items on 06/04. Today is06/26 and i havent recieved them yetthere is no customer rervice number listed. Very frustrating
