Blizzard entertainment is the worst company I have ever dealt with in my life. First I got banned from the game World of warcraft for something I didn't do, when I called the number they realized I was falsely accused and lifted the ban. Then someone stole my account, so i called the 1-800 number where the man was incredibily rude and insulting. Even though i have payed forthe account with my credit cards, have had the name under the account registered under my name since gave a list of previous passwords I have used, gave them ip adresses I have used and service providers, identified every character on the account and their armor they still were not able to help me. Their email customer support is just as bad waiting days for a response just to have them say sorry theirs nothing we can do no matter how much Information I tell them the phone numbers past email everything. Also the phone support is never open and it runs on pacific time (which I am not in.) if you can avoid this company do it you do not want to get involved with them. Also my friend has jumped through hoops and still has not gotten his account back. Their rude, unhelpful, lazy, insulting and useless. NOTE: One of my friends did have the luck of knowing someone who worked at blizzard so he was able to recover his account on recovery of the account he was charged over 50$ for the person who stole his accounts chargeback (being unable to pay for the subscription). Avoid blizzard they may be able to make a great game but their a terrible company. Thank you from a seriously annoyed former blizzard customer.
