I ordered the complete series of 'Hunter' and 'The Nanny' a few months back and keep getting the backordered email. Unlike some, I have not been charged... Yet. But after reading these comments, I am going to get in touch with my bank ASAP.
I haven't received the discs but cannot contact them through e-mail to cancel the order. The link on the email to cancel the order doesn't work either.
And I can't believe they are still in operation.
