I vey much Regret that I haven't checked you Properly before I hired you, Now I am Positive that you've never had a satisfied client, I can also assure you that your company is not going to live long, Simply because Good Standing Business does not live on Discriminating against customers and Ripping Off their good memory like what you did to my Daughter, my family and my guests, by Shocking all of us coming to our party with your Very Arrogant and Rude attitude Twisting our arms, Threatening my husband and I to pay you all balance in Cash (Upfront or Else) We paid you because we didn't want to Disappoint our child and Ruin a Memory she had long waited for, but you went ahead and Ruined it for her anyway:
-Showed No Respect at all to our Culture, our Guests or even our children Using Profanity language that many people heard it from you throughout the party and will Testify.
-Very Poor DJ Performance by the (President of the Company)
-Charged for an MC that did not exist.
-Charged for a Professional Photographer that you claimed you paid him already, while he never existed as well.
-Promised my daughter a Two large Plasma screens as you were going to have it in you van anyway, and all she gets is a very Poor Quality screen that some people commented that it looks like you got it from a Garage Sale (How Embarrassing)
-Insisted on going around Unnecessarily taking Unprofessional pictures (leaving the DJ Stand empty most of the time) to put them on a Website that really speaks for itself that it doesn't Justify the Payment you got for it and it could defiantly ruin your Photography Career.
-Didn't care to follow up with us after the party and instead of making sure that we get the Video DVD and the Photo CD (with a release to print) that we paid you for Upfront, you Ignored us never returned our many phone calls insisting that I have to pick the stuff up from your location clamming that I said you work from Home, first of all I never said that and it was never any my of concerns you're the one who told me that the address on your contract was you home address (another uncalled for Punishment) and then I had to pay for shipping the DVD and the Photo CD or I can just (Bang my Head on wall) because your level of Business Professionalism to hang up on another one of you Unsatisfied Customers.
-Then and after all comes the biggest Disappointment of all, there is no Photo CD's and out of more than 5 hours event we have less than 45 minutes of chapter 1 DVD that showed only back, heads and hands of people and missed out on almost 75% of the event, Once more Unprofessional poor quality service that it doesn't Justify what was paid for it and another live proof of a Business Owner and a President of a Company (Jonathan J. Cavalea) who thinks it is Clever to Betray customers Just because they trusted him and paid him Upfront (Hit and Run) type of Business.
I am Very Sorry I met you, trusted you and did business with you, also sorry to let you know that this Report will go everywhere and through every consumer protection Chanel so to stop you from doing it to another family
