I have been dealing with them for a year now to get everything straight about my daughters account. And well I call no one return my calls. I email and don't get a response. I have also talked to many people in the company who are not there anymore and say They have moved to another company. But they do not give me a number that works for someone who could get back to me about the situation. I am still dealing with them and it seems like I am getting no where. Because they are none compliant and once you talk to someone and they know who you are, they seem to just not want to answer your calls and or your messages. Just a big run around. Also when they close all their offices adn dont put a forwarding number. They dont tell you they have a busy signal all the time. And thats when you know thay have closed the offices. No one ever gets back to you and if they do its months and months later. Never resolving the situation. And they say they will call.
