I hired Josh Bennett on April 8th as an Aggregate for my Daughters music. Her instead assumed the position of Distributor, Market, A/R and manufacturer of my daughter including adding his company as my daughters Label representation. I have asked him to remove himself from any and all correspondence in regards to my daughter and he has refused.
He is Posing as a photographer and model in the Los Angeles area in which he has contact many other artists to represent. His real Name is Timothy Petty JR and has no credit or Drivers License. He has been going to various banks and opening bad business accounts.
He is a pathological liar and cannot be trusted. When I confronted him with his true identity he ket referring to his real name as his assistant. He has no assistant. Timothy Petty is Josh Bennett. This information was not easily garnished. The threat of calling the police made him act quickly into making a plane reservation and getting out of State.
Protect yourselves and get full credentials before working with any aggregate.
We have no written agreement with the named companies or persons named above. We hire Josh to do simple work and never gave up ownership. He has not delivered on some of the services we've already paid for.
