Blatant ripoff, shoddy quality, misleading advertising

I purchased a complete dvd set of the tv show secret agent. I couldn't believe it when my neighbor called me at work the day it was delivered because it need to be signed for—he told me it was from China—I haden't expected that.

When I opened the box, what I saw was not what was pictured on the website. What I found was a plastic vhs tape box with the dvds tossed inside. They were in flimsie plastic sleeves. The picture on the outside was not the same as that pictured on the website and it was rubberbanded to the box.

I was able to accesss the website this am and sent an email, but any subsequent attempts to access the website have failed since then.
