Took Credit card info, collected, $199.00. Disconnected phones etc, making no way contact to them

Solicited my business to sell timeshare, took Credit card info, Collected $199.00. Was to send contract.info on contract was not right. Phones were disconnected so no one could contact them.
Found out to late, others had been cheated when looking up on computer.
