I need the list of your clients names and numbers as soon as possible, we have received several complaints. Below is just a sample of one of them. Helen please give me their names and numbers so I can take care of this situation before it becomes a big headache.
Mr. Weir I am quite upset that I have been duped by your NJ office. They do not respond to emails, no one is in the office and now the phones are disconnected. What happens to my files and my friends files. We are left holding the bag and there are no weekly sheets for work forthcoming. I have recently read that this Lodi office did not have a license yet on your web site they are still listed as an office What Gives? My friends and I would like to know what we are to do now. We spent money for head shots at the photographer that was recommended by your Lodi Manager Medina who also took ten photos supposedly to forward on to casting directors. There has been no response and your New York site does not recognize us. What are you going to do about this situation? We are awaiting some answers and help or we will pursue other channels.
