Tony DiDio (70 years old) is based in Philadelphia and Los Angeles. He works with Earl Gable who pretends to be a CPA but my attorney just discovered he's nothing but a book keeper. They show you made up documents that prove they made money on their previous movies, about 25%. All of this is made up and not true. The producers on the previous movies don't even talk to this guy because he stole from them too.
He may show you letters of intend from big distributors, but when I called them later they said they never issued those letters. He will also show letters from other investors who are ready to invest over a $1M if he gets the movie rights. Getting the movie rights will cost anywhere from $50K to $250K depending on how much you have.
Earl will soon produce copies of cashed/cancelled checks that he paid writers, but those are made on his computer and non are true, all you need to do is call the writer but make sure he is not a part of the scam.
He may take you to see Arthur Stashower, an attorney in a very nice building in Century City. He knows about Tony and his ill intends but once you've lost all your money he'll deny everything. His company name: Kenoff & Machtinger.
Tony will also introduce you to Ted Rosenblatt, of PFG Entertainment. He'll introduce you to a bunch of industry people to show you he knows them but that's all it is, he knows their names and they will all have a free lunch with you. That's all. Non will work with Tony.
The developement money is just to pay his bills, mortgage and wine.in short please do not trust this guy and keep away. When things go wrong, the police or FBI can not help you. You have to get your own attorney which will cost an arm and a leg and at the end, he has no assets to pay you back with. At $10/month how long does it take to get $250K back!!!
