On Oct. 16, I contracted with Jennifer Medina via the internet to provide me with an animated signature (font?) to use in my correspondence. Her website promised the signature would be received by e-mail within 3-4 days.
As of Nov. 10, Ms. Medina has neither sent the signature nor responded to any of my e-mails asking about it.
Ms. Medina was paid through PayPal but they would do nothing to refund the money that was charged and which appeared on my credit card statement. My credit card company had to file a dispute and refund my money.
It was a small amount of money but nevertheless a rip-off.
