Mega Artist Talent Agency - New World Management - Beatrice Fakhrian
Not a real agency, a Fake management firm, Steals money and lies. Criminal

Beatrice Fakhrian presents herself as a talent agent at an agency called "mega artist talent agency".
First off, she is NOT an agency, she may be a talent manager, Huge difference, and anyone could become a talent manager.

She has things that she tries to charge for which should never be done: redoing your acting resume 95$, which I didn't agree to, and then there is the "courier service". She claims there is courier service that daily delivers your headshots/resumes to tens of casting directors, and so she needs pictures all the time - so many hundreds of pics which she wants you to pay her to reproduce, when you can do it cheaper elsewhere. Also she tries to charge 400$ for the courier service. She says this will cover the first 3 months. If in 3 months you do not get "parts" that will make you SAG eligible, (she is NOT even SAG franchised...) then the agency will drop you, but if you do, the courier service will continue for a year.
I trusted her at first because someone else I trusted referred me to her, but I guess he was in on it to.
Although I didn't agree to pay, she said I should try it and that she would refund me if asked for it in the first 30 days. She gave me lots of papers of auditions for TV shows like ER, CSI, and pretty much promised she would get me auditions with them. She said even though My experience was limited to independent films and theater as of now, they will want to see me because I was with her "agency" and these shows are looking always for new talent. Well... If you know anything about this business, you would be laughing right now about those statements...
Plus most casting is done electronically. We all know that.
So she took my info and I told her I would think about it, and then she charged me the 400$. I called and said no, put it back on my card I do not authorize this and even if she misunderstood and thought that I did, this was within the first 30 days. She said that was impossible, and that she already paid the courier. I asked for the name of the courier. First she said that it is within the "agency" then she came up with the "Beverly hills courier" which by the way, is a name of a local newspaper.

So I disputed the credit charge. I should be able to get it back soon because it is not my signature on the slip I saw that they tried to send to my credit card company. Duh. As a matter of fact, what she did was criminal with the credit card and the police officer said that I could actually press charges against her. So If the credit card company takes to long or she doesn't give me the money back soon, I will do that. She could get in serious trouble with the law. Faking a signature... And I have my license and everything else I ever signed to prove it. I should press charges anyways.

By the way, the charge on the credit card the day she stole the money came up as "new world management" and was categorized as "dining and entertainment"
changing a company name or charging to another name just screams scam.

She is not real, the TV shows audition papers that she had, lots of people can get their hands on them if you know how... That does not mean you can get in to audition. And in the first few days before I realized what was happening and before I checked my credit card statement, she told me to go to those casting directors offices on my own, without an appointment, tell them that I heard of the audition and my "agent" said to drop by and drop my pic and resume, and since I was there, can they see me anyways... That is a bad idea, casting directors HATE that, you will NOT be seen, and its a waste of your time and gas money to. Then two days later she tried to offer me auditions that anyone can get, like for none union student films and such.

She also tries to get children into her "agency", I saw one in the waiting room with her father, and they were going to pay her to redo the child's resume.
NEVER pay to audition. NEVER give money to an agency or a management firm. (except for the 10%-20% on work they get for you) don't pay for stuff like resume redoing, stapling of you headshots (yes, she tried that to) and never give ANYONE your credit info or else they are legit, will not steal from you, and you want to authorize a payment
