U. SPrizedraw.com cramming on phone bill

Charged $14.95 a month for "Internet Mo Svc Fee" plus tax.
Billed on Verizon bill, by Transcendent Corp. 1-866-518-0929, for ESBI (1 866-518-0929), who handles the billing for USprizedraw.com. There is nothing on the prizedraw site that states it cost money. It is hard to contact anyone to find out where this charge orginated.
