In addition to a poorly trained staff in terms of customer service, we hate the Noon return time. Plus, there arent enough incentives to keep us going back.
Many people, including us know that they add late fees on when none are due. Also, this Blockbuster store does not carry a lot of the not-so-obscure classic movie videos. But they seem to carry more than its share of crap!
Customer service is really bad. When theres a line of customers, only 2 registers open, and two other employees are chit chatting in full view of the waiting customers, something is wrong!!
