Was contacted by A Solid Gold Sound by email to DJ a wedding the Day before, and I said I would help them out. I asked Ron at the time when I would get paid he told me you would get the check by Thursday after doing the show.
The following week I still did not receive any Check? So I starting to call them
They gave me a run-around call back, we are working on it ect~
I have been reading the information posted on this web site and finding a lot of people in the same boat. I DJ to make a little extra Money but it is about making the people Happy, they are counting on having a Great job done for there Wedding instead they are getting rip off by people who just take there money and run. I would like to see this Company get there Act together and give the people what they promise or GO AWAY! They give DJ's a bad Name!
So if any one is thinking of hiring them please read all the facts.
They hire me to do a Wedding the day before. I did have all the bride and Grooms music, and did a nice job for them, and they were Happy, but they could have got stuck with a Bad DJ and the A solid Gold Sound would not
care they already had there Money!
