I have contacted thiscompany sevearl time in regards to my faulty dvd's they sent me. The boxes set I ordered (Jem) had 7 dvd's total. Dvd #'s 246 would not play at all. Dvd # 7 is a duplicate of episodes on dvd # 5.
I spent 2 hours on hold waiting to talk to a representative & no one picked up. I finally gave up. Unfotunatly I was on my cell phone & I was charged $54 for waiting on hold.
The last time I actually spoke to a rep he told me to call back in 2 weeks to see if they had a replacement. It has been 2 weeks & now the phone 800 # hangs up whenever I dial it. Now I am stuck with defective dvd's that I paid almost $80 for & I cant even watch them
