This is what occurred: I was close to the dance floor when I saw a guy in his 20's I would guess 26, come up to a guy dancing with some girl and sucker punch him in the face. The poor guy (I don't know what happened between them before that but I still feel he is the victim) fell on the floor. I don't know if he was unconscious but this guy comes up and punches him 3 to 4 more times to the face. I was so amazed/angry I was about to push the aggressor off when the bouncer finally stepped in. I thought that was going to be the end of that but for some reason the aggressor was left alone. I was standing right next to him and I was afraid he was going try and hit the guy again so I stayed closed.
None off the bouncers pushed him away or tackled the way they usually do, even the Miami Police came in and did not apprehend the suspect. One of these bouncers/employees came up to him and told him to leave. That's when I got infuriated and started saying that they let the guy go without a single question. One of the bouncer told me to not to get out into others business and to leave.
As I walked outside I the saw the guy that got beat up and his friend being interrogated by the cops. The aggressor was nowhere in site. The guy that was injured and bleeding from his face leaned on a car that was parked in front of Mangos and I heard when the cop said "Is that your car?" and he said "No". The cop told him "Lean on it again and i'll arrest you".
I recorded when this was happening but one of the bouncers rushed up and said I can get arrested for recording. The club is a corrupted place like most clubs are but if so is the police I feel hopeless. The bald bouncer said I was a small shit that that it didn't matter what I said. I want to show this people little guys like me and you do matter.
I want to find the guy that was inquired and serve as his witness or be able to reach out to one of you guys so you can avoid this place. Next time it might be one of asking the wrong girl out to dance and getting you get beat and arrested. Even my brother was against my decision to get involved but when he saw how the manager treated me for getting involved he realized I was the only one standing up for the victim while everybody else kept dancing.
