DVDs sent were copied off television!

I ordered a full set DVD of WKRP in Cincinnati. The DVD's came and were defective. Some of the DVD's were blank. Others were taped off of a television station in TN. They were not even clear. They would not answer phone calls so we left messages that went unreturned. We sent emails and they would not respond.

We contacted the television station's lawyer to tell them about it but I don't know what they did with the information. They were interested though.
Do not use TV Milk unless you want to get ripped off!
