Scam and fraud

After performing anything concerning the refund precisely from the guide, I obtained the next information:

"Sadly, we were not able to recognize your request the next factors: The company is displaying another organization as Internet of Report for the support order; consequently, the order put through Broadband Nationwide isn't a legitimate support order."

I complained but got nowhere. The corporation is just a total scam which is difficult to obtain one to solve the problem!!
