On the 6th April an order was placed with summerfestivaltickets.com for 3 tickets to see Bon Jovi in Bristol on the 25th June they sent an e-mail to confirm the order had been placed on the same day with an order reference number of 3933. On 7th April I received an e-mail with confirmation the credit card had been billed with Order number: 907075.6444273. And Security code: 683336. The website had information that the tickets be sent out via special delivery a week before the concert. On 17th June I e-mailed the company in regards of the whereabous of the tickets. I received an e-mail on 18th June saying i should expect my tickets via special delivery by 23rd June. On 19th June i was e-mailed by the company again informing me that the general admission tickets would have to be picked up at the venue from a representitive from the company and they would be in contact with us no later than the day before providing us with details on how to collect them. On 24th June i received another e-mail providing me with a mobile number 07986762690 to call to get the details about picking up my tickets. The man on the phone provided us with another mobile number to call, he said the representitive would arrive at 6'0clock at the venue and we should phone him to collect our tickets. The man repeated the number several times to ensure we got the correct number and said we had to speak to Marcus. We arrived at the venue and called the number at 5.50pm and asked for Marcus. The man who answered did not have a clue what we were talking about. We then phoned the first mobile number we had received and the man on the phone informed us we would not receive the tickets. I have no idea why a genuine company would not contact you before the concert in an instance like this. We then called back as we were highly concerned at this stage, the man said that a refund had been given already, but the card had been cancelled and the account closed about 2 weeks before, so this was not possible. As you can expect we were very upset by this but the man was very rude on the phone and kept interupting. I have since called him again today 26th June to find out where the company was based and to try and find out what is going on he again was extremely rude and hung up on me. I have a feeling this website has been cloned, as the payment confirmation "Multicards" is a retailer for a site named ticket2bthere.com. I have visited the website and its very similar. I believe it has been cloned and summerfestivaltickets.com is a con.
