Suddenly I realized I had a $9 charge on my account every month, since July that I didn't have a clue what it was. For seven months..
Checked for days on the Internet, trying to find out what this ENTERTAINMNT*RWR was, but didn't find anything at all.
Got a Swedish Visa, so I had to stay up in the middle of the night calling Sweden they couldn't do anything else than cancel my card. For $9 a month
Anyway, a little later I just happened to wind up in this page and found other people that had experienced the same! THANK YOU!!!
Found a phone # and called them.
Asked for a manager right away, but the guy wouldn't connect me to one, he kept talking for at least 20 minutes trying to get me to accept to just cancel my membership that apparently came along with buying tickets through TICKET MASTER whom I'll never trust again!
But I stood firm said that this was a scam and that they ripped me off by taking money from my account unauthorized every month. So finally he gave up and connected me to another guy. First thing I asked was if he was a supervisor, so he connected me to the next guy who could confirm that he was.
After trying to talk me in to just cancel my membership, he offered as the first guy also did to pay me back for three months, because that was all they could do.
I just kept on saying the same thing You are going to pay me my money for all the months back, this is a rip off, I never ever ordered this.
So, some minutes later he said If you promise me that if you ever sign up for a membership with us again you can't get a refund if you change your mind.
Checked my account 1 week later Got all my money back!
And I sure am gonna be careful with my email address, I do believe it was just a box to check if you wanted to get updates on new events..
