Here is a short version of my complaint.
SMM ripped me off for $751.92 for a Titan fuel tank on EBAY. EBAY kicked them off while I was waiting for my order, now they say Paypal has their funds and can't refund the money. Paypal says they do not have any funds. Paypal returned $200 leaving a balance of $751.92.
This has been going on for two months, today SMM said in an Email that they will not refund the money and I can take whatever action I want. I have all Emails from start to end.
