I was purchasing tickets for a concert but when the credit card ran the priice was double what was first stated. When i tried to cancel the screen stated all sales are final. There was nothing indicating amount to be charged prior to processing. I callled the customer service and they said they could not refund the tickets (it had been less than an hour) And told me that the terms and conditions icon would have explained the price.
This is unethical to not refund a purchase and to add hidden charges. I will be calling my credit card company next to dispute a transaction.
