Psmoney.com is a website that buys and sells poker chips for playing at pokerstars. While my husband and i were playing at pokerstars a player called "DELL090" came into the chat box and said we could buy play chips from psmoney. We went to the website and got on live chat with customer service. Customer service rep was named "demo". After much conversation demo said he would sell us 4 million play money chips (not real money) for $60.00 (real money). We agreed so we could distribute the play chips with our boys to play online.
Demo told us how to set up an account with pokerstars and transfer funds. We ask customer service if this ok with pokerstars, he said yes. After much learning we completed the transaction. He took the $60.00 of real money and did not transfer the 4.7 millon play chips to our account. Psmoney would not respond to my emails. Pokerstars did respond and said they arent affilated with psmoney and they never heard of them.
You can go straight to pokerstars from psmoney. Pokerstars is correct, they have nothing to do with this and they are ligit. This whole transaction was done through psmoney's live chat customer service. I have the whole transcript of the transaction.
All along we thought we were dealing with a legit company and with their own customer service (live at that). I also cant get into the forums at psmoney to let this be known. They will not send correct username and password even though i know im using the correct names to try to correspond with them. They dont reply at all.
