Tvboxset Box set ordered money has bee taken but no goods and no reply to two emails requesting information

I ordered get smart box set on the 16 august 07, I received an email regarding shipment and tracking, not for australia though. I added extra time as all O/S parcels come into Australia via the eastern states, I also expected extra time for customs release. I have sent two email requesting information with no reply. The web site disapeared, but recenly an apologie has been posted on the net but have yet to get anything personel.
