My nephew felt down in this place, and broke his arm. When his father picked him up, he asked the staff to call 911 so an ambulance can pick him up, the answer of the staff member was, that he got his arm broken not his leg, that he can walk out and that my brother can take him on his own to the hospital.
After arguing for a couple of minutes, with a kid of 10 years, with a broken arm, they finally call 911. Their terms are that they are not responsible for any injury, however a little of courtesy in that desperate time situation, the minimum expected is some concern of the other person injury and try to solve the problem, not make you leave with a broken arm and denying medical help.
I would never recommend no one to go to this place, the event that happened no one can change it, but a little more courtesy and assistance can make the worst scenario of your life easier, not complicating things even more. You can Imagen what the feelings where at that desperate moment.
