On July 31th I purchased The Worder Years DVD Box Set from tvboxset.com, I paid by Visa. The same day I received a notification of order with my order # 23949 with an Order Schedule as follows:
1. Compleated and Shipped by Aug 5th (will email when order is shipped) Never got email.
2. Tracking Info by email on Mon 5th Aug (never got email either)
3. Delivered: Wed Aug 15- Sat Aug 18 (Item not yet received),
To whom it may concern... Can you in anyway help me with this matter can we let this people rip us off like this? What can we do so they do not take advantage of future customers.
