This crew are to be avoided at all costs. I paid for by credit card, the complete television series of Kolchak. Weeks later, no DVD arrives and there is no response to my emails. Tell everyone you know about them and not to deal with them at all. I'm arranging with some 'computer' tech heads who work with government, to locate the legal owner of this scam and have them prosecuted.
