I won 1 million dolars and they dont want to pay

I won a big prize in thier site (1 million dolars) they send to me tousands of mail writting tha but i cant talk to them, no one gives me a straight answer. I have sended many mails, letters i have done everithing and they dont give me a answer. They continue to send a mail where is written that im a big prize winner, i do wht they say and nothing, please help me, because i dont no what else to do. Im going to portuguese and UE justice to claim my prize.
